CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

As HappyMore, we prioritize your satisfaction as well as providing you with quality and reliable food supplements. We apply the following policy to make your order and return processes transparent and easy.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
-If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible: [email protected]
-If your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled; in this case, the return procedure is activated.

RETURN TERMS
Under the Consumer Law, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 7 days of delivery of the product. However
Food supplements may be excluded from returns for health and hygiene reasons. Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- The packaging was opened,
- The protective tape is damaged,
- Used or expired products.

Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- If the product was sent to you damaged, incomplete or incorrectly
- If the product has arrived with an expired expiration date
- Unopened and unused

HOW THE REFUND PROCESS WORKS
1. Forward your return request to us within 7 days via email: [email protected]
2. Once your request has been approved, ship the product to the address notified to you within 7 days.
3. Upon receipt of the product, the necessary inspection is carried out (packaging condition, usage, etc.).
4. If the return meets the conditions, your payment will be refunded to you within 7 working days.

Note Shipping costs are covered by HappyMore only for damaged or faulty products. In other cases, it is the customer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT REMINDER
Products to be used for return must be sent with the original invoice or order number.

CONSUMER RIGHTS
This return policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. In case of any dispute, you reserve the right to apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in your location.
