CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO THE LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ("KVKK")

As FAM Kimya ve İlaç Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY) established in Turkey; as the data controller,

  • In the context of our commercial relationships or within our working relationship with employees;
  • In connection with, limited and proportionate to the purpose of processing,
  • Depending on the situation, your personal data that we have requested and/or that you have shared with us,
  • For the purpose for which they are processed;
  • We inform you that it will be recorded, stored, preserved, reorganized, shared with institutions authorized by law to request this personal data and transferred to domestic or foreign third parties under the conditions stipulated by the KVKK, transferred, classified and processed in other ways listed in the KVKK.

YOUR PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA

We may process personal data provided to us by the users themselves regarding the users. As an example, your personal data that may be subject to processing are as follows:

  • Your Identity Information (Identity data that we can identify you, such as your name, surname, T.R. ID number),
  • Your Contact Information (Your address, mobile phone number, e-mail address and other contact data),
  • Your Financial Data (such as your financial data such as your bank account number, IBAN number, payment information, billing information)
  • Customer Transaction (such as order and request information, information in box office receipts)
  • Marketing (such as shopping history information, surveys, cookie records, information obtained through campaigns)
  • Transaction Security (such as website browsing information, IP address, website login/logout information, password and passphrase information)
  • Other personal data that you personally submit within the framework of your requests, suggestions and complaints.

PURPOSES OF PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the basic principles regulated in the KVKK and the relevant legislation in order for you to benefit from the services we offer as the Company, depending on your explicit consent and / or other cases stipulated in Article 5/2 of the KVKK, especially the legal legislation we are subject to. The Company's personal data processing purposes;

  • Carrying out the necessary studies regarding the service offered by the relevant business units of the Company and carrying out the related business processes,
  • If permitted, planning and realization of personalized sales and marketing activities, realization of promotions and campaigns, informing you about the campaigns made by the Company,
  • Evaluation of requests and complaints,
  • Ensuring the legal and commercial security of the products and services offered by the Company and/or our business partners and third parties who have a business relationship with the Company, following legal processes and establishing, using and protecting the rights arising from the legislation,
  • Ensuring that our activities are carried out in accordance with company procedures or relevant legislation,
  • Execution of the works carried out with our business partners in sectors that vary according to the needs and management of reference relations,
  • It will be processed within the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698 for the purposes of fulfilling the information and document retention obligations arising from the legal legislation.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

Your personal data; In order to continue our company's activities and business processes; our business partners in Turkey and / or abroad and with whom we cooperate, our company shareholders, service providers and suppliers, insurance companies, notaries, banks and financial institutions, law, financial consultancy, tax, etc. To our consultancy firms from which we receive support in similar fields, to legally authorized public institutions and private persons, to our service providers that process personal data on behalf of our company in the fields of storage, archiving, information technology support (server, hosting, software, cloud computing, etc.), etc., within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698 and for the purposes specified above. 

YOUR RIGHTS

Pursuant to Article 11 of the LPPD, you may submit your personal data to our company in person, provided that you prove your identity;

  • To learn whether the Company has processed personal data about you, and if so, to request information about it,
  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  • You have the right to learn whether personal data is transferred domestically or abroad and to whom it is transferred.

You also have the right to request the Company to correct inaccurate and incomplete personal data and to inform the recipients whose data has been or may have been transferred.

You may request the destruction (deletion, destruction or anonymization) of your personal data from the Company within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK. At the same time, you may request that the third parties to whom the data is or may be transferred be informed about your request for destruction. However, by evaluating your request for destruction, we will evaluate which method is appropriate according to the circumstances of the concrete case. In this context, you can always request information from us about why we have chosen the destruction method we have chosen.

You may object to the results of your personal data analysis, exclusively generated using an automated system, if these results are contrary to your interests.

If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you may request compensation for the damage.

Your requests in your application will be finalized free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost for the Company, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.

In matters related to the processing of your personal data, you must submit your application to our Company with a petition by proving your identity personally or you must apply to [email protected] via e-mail.

Your requests submitted to our Company will be answered in writing or electronically as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request.
